Ticket Refund Policy Tickets can be exchanged up to fifteen minutes before showtime. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are no longer exchangeable. To request an exchange before showtime, click the exchange link on the booking confirmation email and follow the steps listed. Latecomer Admission is specified by production. We do our best to seat latecomers at a suitable break in the show at the discretion of management. Any person whose presence or conduct is deemed disruptive or objectionable may be asked to leave without a refund of the ticket’s cost. Cameras and recording devices are prohibited inside the theatre. Mobile devices must be turned off during the show. Due to the nature of our industry, we may have to cancel a performance, sometimes without warning. If a performance is cancelled or postponed, the Box Office will make every effort to contact all patrons via email. While we regret the inconvenience caused by event cancellations, we cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such cancellations may incur. We cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
